Refund policy

A request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. In addition, the course purchased must not have been started. That is, no chapters have been accessed and no practice exams have been completed.

If however a refund related to a particular situation should take place, note that an amount of 10% equivalent to the total price of the purchase will be kept on your payment and that the expenses of delivery if necessary will be with the expenses of the customer.

Our refund policy for courses and training is in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
